Marie Abbott

Marie joined the Ace Centre team in 2025 as an AAC Consultant, having previously worked as a Speech and Language Therapist for 9 years with children, teenagers and young adults in school, college and NHS clinics.

Marie is passionate about inclusion, self-advocacy and well-being for those with complex communication. She is keen to support people to maintain their cultural identity through access to AAC in languages other than English.
